Packages

Personal training is available on Long Island in a variety of packages. There are monthly and single session packages. You can have a personal coach come to you at home or you can go to a gym. Sessions are 60 minutes in length and can be used in person at a Wellness & Recreation center. A comprehensive fitness consultation is included with your first session. Sessions are not guaranteed during University holidays and academic breaks. You are entitled to 3 sessions per week even though your Semester Pass expires in 6 months.
