There are many locations that offer group fitness classes at USF. There are three options: the Campus Recreation Center, WELL Fitness Center or private studios. To book a class online, please access your USF Net ID. To make cancellations, you must do so at least 15 minutes before the advertised start time to give standby participants enough time to sign up. Missing a class will incur a $5 no-show fee and a hold on your student account.

Campus Recreation Centre

Campus Recreation offers a variety group fitness classes for the community. No matter your level of fitness, there are classes for everyone. These classes are challenging and fun and taught by certified instructors. These classes are free to all campus members. These are some of the most popular:

Registering for Spinning or FloatFitHIIT classes requires advanced registration. Otherwise, you can sign up and pay at the door the day of the class. You can also download Campus Recreation app to register up 48 hours before the class starts. Campus Recreation will send confirmation emails once you have registered.

WELL Fitness Centre

The WELL Fitness Center at USF offers group fitness classes as well as state-of the-art equipment. The fully equipped facility includes full-service locker room and shower facilities. The facility also features Technogym(r), free weight dumbbells of up to 100 pounds, and Life Fitness selectorized equipment. For maximum convenience, WELL offers virtual group fitness classes.
