Women's competition
This morning, the women's competition began at the 2021 Crossfit Games with the swim event. Jonne Koski was the winner in the first race. Tia Clair Toomey Orr was also victorious. Koski was the overall champion after she maintained her lead throughout. Tall finished second and Eramoo O’Connell third, respectively. This was the first Games event for women and the women's team hoped to finish the podium.
The field is full of top-level athletes in the women's competition. The field includes nine athletes, including a 19-year-old powerhouse who won the competition in Australia last year. Cutting system

Veteran Games participants criticized Castro's system, claiming that the cuts were too drastic.
Equipment from Reebok
Reebok has announced new sports shoes, clothing, and other equipment for the CrossFit Games. The new shoes are the Nano X1. They are built to accommodate multiple fitness needs. Reebok calls the shoe "the shoe of health," but it is more like a traditional trainer shoe. DuPont's Kevlar, which promotes durability, breathability, and strength, is the shoe's upper. CrossFit's agreement with Reebok will end at 2020. No title sponsor will be available for the Games. Reebok has sponsored these Games for over a decade.
